This page explains the calls Lane Rally LLC's automated phone assistant makes, what you agree to if you agree to its calls, and how to stop them. Lane Rally LLC is an Arizona limited liability company (USDOT 6662937, MC 54695737) at 2718 W Estrella Dr, Chandler, AZ 85224-7813.
Agreeing is optional. Agreeing to calls from the assistant is never required to use LaneRally or to do business with Lane Rally LLC. Each agreement covers one company: agreeing to one company's calls is not agreeing to another's. Other brokers' assistants need your own, separate agreement.
What you agree to: Lane Rally LLC's automated assistant may call you about loads and quotes, at the phone number you gave.
Other calls it may make: while Lane Rally LLC has business-landline calling turned on, its assistant may also make sales calls to a business's main landline without prior agreement, as section 5 of the Privacy Policy describes: only to US landlines, on weekdays during business hours, and never to a number whose person told Lane Rally LLC to stop, withdrew an agreement to its calls, or said no when asked to agree.
How the assistant behaves: it speaks with an artificial voice. Every call opens by naming the company and saying "This call is transcribed." It says it is automated if asked and never claims to be a person. Ask for a person at any time and it will offer to connect you with one or take a message. It calls only between 8 AM and 9 PM in your time zone, within Lane Rally LLC's calling hours, and within any stricter hours your state sets for sales calls. A callback you ask for on a call goes out at the time you ask, between 8 AM and 9 PM your time, even outside those calling hours; where your state's law leaves out calls a person asks for, its stricter hours don't apply to that callback.
How to stop:
- Say "stop calling" on any call, or press 9 on a sales call, a load offer or a booking call.
- Reply STOP to any text from Lane Rally LLC to stop its texts and withdraw your agreement to the assistant's calls, or reply DO NOT CALL to stop every call from Lane Rally LLC.
- Withdraw your agreement on your account page, under "Calls from the assistant". On a carrier's account page, "Stop all assistant calls" stops the assistant's calls from every company on LaneRally.
- Use the opt-out form on this page. It stops the assistant's calls to your number from every calling company on LaneRally.

A stop works right away. A stop of Lane Rally LLC's calls lasts unless you later sign a new agreement to its assistant's calls. "Stop all assistant calls" lasts until you tap "Allow assistants to ask again" on the same page. A stop through the opt-out form keeps working even if you later agree to a company's calls. We keep a record of every request to stop, and keep honoring it.
